Eyeglass Warranty Information
Frame Warranty:
Our warranty covers a one-time replacement or repair of the frame due to a defect in material and/or workmanship at no charge within 2 years of purchase. Frame warranty covers manufacturer defects (for example, failure of a spring hinge, discolouration or paint chipping, solder point or frame breakage under normal usage). Repairs or alterations to a frame by an unauthorized third party may void the warranty.
If you are unhappy with your frame selection, we would be happy to exchange your frame within 30 days. You will be charged 50% of the price of the replacement lenses, and any cost difference between the new and replacement frame.
Lens Warranty:
From the date of purchase, our lenses are covered by a two-year manufacturer’s warranty against defects to the coating, which includes light scratches and crazing (peeling). Lens warranties do not cover scratches caused by improper care and handling. This is a one-time replacement that must be done in the same prescription as the original order. Warranty does not apply to lenses that become scratched if purchased without scratch-resistant or anti-reflective coating.
If your prescription should change within 60 days of purchase, we will replace the lenses with the new prescription at no additional cost to you. If within 60 days of purchase, you are unable to adjust to your progressive lenses, we will change them to single vision or lined bifocal lenses at no additional cost to you.
Service:
For glasses purchased from our clinic, enjoy complimentary alignment, adjustment, and cleaning of your eyeglasses and sunglasses, as often as necessary, for as long as you own them. Small replacement parts (such as nosepads) are provided complimentary for 2 years.
